FAQs
What should be included in the digital portfolio for the MBA program application?
The Digital Portfolio for the MBA program should be a 60-second, single-take “selfie” video (not professionally produced). The admissions committee wants to learn more about who you are and why you want to enroll in the business program. We recommend mentioning your academic or professional experience, your passions, and the reason you want to pursue an MBA at the Bryan School.
Can I check on the status of my MBA application?
Yes. To check the status of your submitted application, please log back into your account. As the application materials are received, the ‘Application Checklist’ section on your account will be updated. Once the application is submitted, pay the application fee by credit card. At that time, an email message will be sent notifying the applicant of the receipt of payment. Following submission, you will receive an email verifying receipt of the application and an introductory email from an Admissions Specialist. These and all future correspondence will be sent to the email address provided in your application.
What type of transcripts are required for the MBA?
The required application materials for the Master’s of Business Administration include a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) from an accredited institution. This means one official transcript from all previous academic institutions for U.S. degrees. For international degrees, please provide a course-by-course evaluation from a National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES®) service showing proof of U.S. bachelor’s degree equivalency, credit hours, and GPA.
Do I need a business degree to apply to a Bryan School MBA?
The Bryan School welcomes applicants from a variety of majors and backgrounds with at least a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) from a regionally accredited institution. While a background in business can be helpful, it is not required in order to be successful in the program.
